作为游艺设施的助理工程服务经理,你将为上海迪士尼度假区的设施资产负责(景点,设备等)。开展故障排除,设备维修,景点翻新和质量管理,你将提供主要的技术监督和指导。在保证安全与合规与高效的同时,你需要提高团队合作与跨团队交流。
工作内容:

- 在项目阶段参与游乐设施的安装,测试调试,为其他团队提供支持并完成他们的任务。主动学习并掌握游乐设备和系统
- 你将参加维修人员的招聘,雇用和培训
- 你需要管理供应商和承包商所提供的服务质量
- 你需要支持景点备件计划方案

我们希望您:
- 拥有工程学科的学士学位(机械或电气工程优先)
- 拥有6年以上机械或电气维护经验,并且至少2年以上团队管理领导经验
- 拥有现场维修的经验,有财务管理、维修工作流程、工具、设备等知识
- 了解计算机维护管理系统(CMMS);有Maximo工作经验者优先
- 在多种文化的工作环境中具有出色的人际交往能力(合作、指导、辅导等)
- 具备良好的中英文书面和口语沟通能力
- 具有较高的技术能力和良好的决策能力
- 具有解决问题的能力,以及持续改进过程的能力
- 能够阅读图纸和示意图
- 能够开发管理报告,准确地报告信息,并按时交付高质量的维护
- 较强的计算机技能(MS Word,Excel,PowerPoint等);有CAD技能优先
- 能够与公司内部的各个层次进行交互
- 可以接受所有班次、周末和节假日工作
As an Associate Engineering Service Manager in attractions, you will provide primary technical oversight and direction for the troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and show quality of Shanghai Disney Resort Facility Assets (Attractions, Equipment, etc.). You will develop a high level of teamwork and cross team communication while managing safety, regulatory compliance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- You need to demonstrate a visible commitment to safety
- You need to ensure the safety, reliability and show quality of assigned assets
- You will provide leadership to approximately 10 maintenance technicians performing daily preventative and corrective maintenance on attractions
- You will establish work schedules, shift assignment and work prioritization
- You will provide leadership, guidance and technical support to direct reports
- You need to assist in the creation the departmental Annual Operating Plan (budget)
- You are responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed
- You need to use root cause analysis to prevent failures and drive improvements; deliver good quality maintenance
- You will join the rides installation, testing and adjustment during the project phase, support other team and finish the assignment by them. Proactively learn and master the rides equipment and system
- You will participate in the recruitment, hiring and training of maintenance staff.
- You need to manage services received by vendors and contractors
- You will support attractions’ spare parts plan
- You need to prepare the team members training plan, and be willing to coach technicians with different training resources
- You will complete other assignments as deemed appropriate by their Manager
We hope you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred)
- Having more than 6 years of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance and at least 2 years’ leadership management with a team
- Experience working in a maintenance environment with knowledge of maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.
- Have knowledge of financial management
- Have knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); and Experience with Maximo system is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills (partnering, mentoring, coaching, etc.) in diverse culture working environment
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- High technical competence and good decision-making skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as the skill to continuously improving process
- Be able to read drawings and schematics
- Be able to develop management reports, accurately report information, and deliver good quality maintenance on time
- Be strong in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); CAD skills preferred
- Have ability to interact with various levels within the company
- Be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as deemed required by management
