协助商品部的操作流程、战略计划等，以达成有关团队成员、游客及业务方面的的预期结果。

工作内容：

协助经理和策划员完成:

• 通过基于实际趋势和财务举措的评价、建议、替代战略和促销战略的执行，以实现财务目标（包括商品销售计划、总体战略以及根据商品条目细分的库存安排）；
• 管理并监控指定商品类别的开放购买和清算计划，确定清仓计划（包括号码样式、价格范围、数量、时间安排等）；
• 与产品开发人员合作解决各类商品分类问题（包括时间表管理、成本和定价、交货和产品系列开发）；
• 负责订购，与供应商和采购团队协商再购订单的定价以及最小起订数量，并与物流团队合作制定相应的物流流程；
• 协助经理及高级规划人员实施基准测试、业务分析、识别并评估成本节约机会；
• 负责商品条目生产率，上架商品的周转率和销售率。

Job Summary:

Assist the validation, planning and execution process of domestic category merchandise strategies to achieve intended Cast, guest and business related results.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Manager and Planner on:

• Achieving financial targets (including merchandise sales plan, gross margin and inventory plan down to by-SKU for the assigned categories) through evaluation, recommendation and execution of alternate and promotional strategies based on actual trends and financial initiatives;
• Managing and monitoring open-to-buy and liquidation plan for the assigned categories, and determining clearance plan, including number styles, price range, quantity, timeline, and etc.;
• Partner with product developers on all kinds of product assortment identification and issues including timeline management, costing & pricing, delivery and product ranges development;
• Ordering, negotiate pricing and order quantities with vendors or sourcing partners for re-orders and partner with logistics team on corresponding logistics flow;
• Conducting benchmarking, business analysis, identify and evaluate cost saving opportunity and assist manager and senior planner on implementation;
• Responsible for item productivity, turn & sell-through rate of the product on shelves.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business is preferred;
• Ability to finish work systematically and independently with high maturity level;
• Possess organizational insight and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders;
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and manage time;
• Ability to be proactive in solving problems;
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Proficient Chinese and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
