职位介绍：

作为助理制作人，您的主要职责是监督上海迪士尼度假区特殊活动和季节性活动、新的景观、舞台表演、游行演出和氛围演出的所有制作环节。为正在进行的娱乐演出制作制定计划、实施评估和把握长期战略方向、制定政策和流程。在演出开发、制作、甄选和排练期间，与演出运营团队以及其他运营合作伙伴密切合作，确保特殊活动/季节性活动和新演出的成功开幕。

工作内容：

• 您将对娱乐演出项目或活动的所有技术、后勤、财务和日程安排方面进行监督；
• 您将开发制作预算和计划表的跟踪工具，并向上级和高级领导层提供摘要更新；
• 您将监督所有项目材料、文件和沟通的协调；
• 您将向制作人提供有关项目预算、跟踪和收尾的最新信息；
• 您将负责按时、按预算交付项目；
• 您将与制作人合作制定长期活动计划和固定资产申请；
• 您将与创意和技术团队合作进行上述开发，确保团队使用所有相关迪士尼标准的演出和安全；
• 您将发展和促进与上海迪士尼度假区其他业务线的关系，以确保活动的开展符合度假区的总体目标；
• 您将领导制作经理和其他制作团队成员，发展成为高绩效团队；当您被分配到活动时，您需要履行制作经理的所有职能；

我们希望您：

• 8-10年以上活动管理或制作管理经验；
• 活动管理、制作管理、舞台管理相关专业大专学历；
• 全面了解演出开发和制作；
• 了解灯光、音效、特效、舞台布景和舞台设计系统；
• 具有开发和利用工具来追踪制作预算、日程安排和汇报最新情况的能力；
• 较强的电脑技能，包括但不限于 Excel、 Microsoft Project，AutoCAD是一个加分项；
• 杰出的组织能力和领导技能；
• 具备快节奏、高度动态的环境中执行和监督多项任务的能力；
• 出色的合作能力和沟通技巧；
• 要求普通话与 英语流利；

Associate Producer

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As an Associate Producer, your primary duty is to oversee all production aspects of special and seasonal events and new spectaculars, stage shows, parades, and atmosphere offerings for Shanghai Disney Resort. Establish long term strategies, policies, and procedures for ongoing Entertainment production plan. Work closely with the internal partners as well as for show development, production, casting and rehearsals to ensure successful opening of special/seasonal events and new shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight of all technical, logistical, financial and scheduling aspects of an Entertainment project or event;
• Develops tracking tools for production budgets and schedules, along with providing dashboard updates to Executives and Senior leadership;
• Supervises coordination of all project materials, documentation, and communications;
• Provides updates to the Producer on project budgets, tracking, and close out;
• Responsible for on-time and on-budget project delivery;
• Works with Producer to develop long term event planning calendars and capital projection applications;
• Works with Creative and Technical Team on above development, ensuring the teams are applying all relevant Disney standards relating to Show and Safety;
• Develops and fosters relationships with other Shanghai Disney Resort lines of business to ensure events are delivered to meet the overall goals of the resort;
• Leads the Production Managers and other members of the production teams with a focus on developing high performance teams;
• Performs all functions of a Production Manager’s responsibility when you are assigned to an event;

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum eight to ten years of experience in Event Management or Production Management;
• Post-secondary degree in Event Management, Production Management, Stage Management required;
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of show development and production;
• Knowledge of lighting, audio, special effects, scenic and stage set-up systems;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy tools for tracking production budgets, schedules and leadership updates;
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD a plus;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Ability to supervise multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
• Strong partnering and communications skills;
• Fluent in Mandarin, fluent in English.
