上海迪士尼度假区助理舞台经理在协助舞台经理团队管理演出运营方面发挥着重要作用，以确保为游客提供和娱乐演出体验。他们与舞台经理密切合作，为我们的游客提供与他们最喜爱的迪士尼故事和迪士尼朋友进行近距离互动的机会，并在各个主题园区以生动的现场表演来讲述迪士尼故事。他们也有机会参与协助和管理不同的娱乐演出活动，包括激动人心的表演元素、节日庆祝活动或特殊活动。

工作内容：

• 您将支持舞台经理所分配演出单元的协调工作，根据需要给出基本表演指示，整合和监督所有演出元素，包括演员、技术人员、服装、化妆、维护和乐园运营；
• 您将支持舞台经理并负责演出运营相关决策，诸如：天气情况、设备故障、演职人员健康、服装问题和演出保障等；
• 您将协调演出维护工作并向舞台经理汇报，诸如：复审彩排、灯光、音效检查和布景润色。
• 您将为游客和演职人员打造一个安全的环境，坚持遵守运营和安全指导方针；
• 您将负责日常人力监管和娱乐演出的时刻表安排，并根据实际情况进行调整；
• 在每次排练前，助理舞台经理应帮助舞台经理确保舞台或排练空间准备就绪。根据需求预先设置所有道具和摆设；
• 您将监督演员的舞台/后台工作表现，并向舞台经理汇报。负责演员和技师团队的初阶管理
• 您将能够独立工作，负责并管理上级分配的相关项目；
• 您将根据需求执行其它项目。

• 表演艺术、剧场本科学历或其他相关专业优先；
• 6个月至1年娱乐演出管理或同等娱乐演出管理经验；有主题乐园娱乐演出经验或迪士尼经验优先；
• 具有领导力和沟通技巧；能和创意及制作团队、其他业务部门、各层面的管理层和演职人员进行有效的沟通协作；
• 能适应多项任务、快节奏和充满活力的工作环境；

Job Summary:

As Assistant Stage Manager of Entertainment, you will play an important role in assisting the Stage Management team in managing the smooth operation of our Entertainment offerings. You will work closely with Stage Managers to offer our Guests the opportunities to see their favorite Disney stories and Characters, and support the vivid live performances at different venues in each land. You will assist and manage different Entertainment offerings with exciting show elements, festive celebratory offerings, or special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will assist the Stage Manager for coordination, basic cue calling (as needed), integration and supervision of all show elements including Performers, Technicians, Costuming, Cosmetology, Maintenance, and Park Operations;
• You will support the Stage Manager and be responsible for Show Operation decisions regarding weather, technical breakdowns, performers’ health conditions, costuming issues and show maintenance;
• You will coordinate and support show maintenance activities and report to the Stage Manager, for items such as brush-up rehearsals, trainings, lighting and audio calls, and scenic touch-ups; 
• You will assist in creating a safe environment for Guests and Cast Members and maintain adherence to the Operating and Safety Guidelines;
• You will monitor daily manpower and scheduling for your assigned show and implement adjustments accordingly;
• You will help the Stage Manager to ensure the stage or rehearsal space is ready before the rehearsal. Preset all props and furniture as required;
• You will monitor performers onstage/backstage performance and report to the Stage Manager. Provide day-to day guidance and entry-level management to performers and technicians;
• You need to work independently, be responsible for and manage related projects assigned by your leader;
• You need to perform other projects as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Theater or related discipline is preferred;
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Stage Management, or the equivalent of Entertainment experience. Theme park or Disney experience is a plus;
• Display leadership and communication skills; able to interact effectively with Creative and Production teams, other Lines of Business, and all levels of Management and Cast Members;
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment;
• Demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills;
• Demonstrate organizational, partnering and leadership skills;
• Proven ability to problem-solve and optimize operating procedures;
• Able to give effective feedback and share creative and new ideas; maintain and follow policies and procedures;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of show production;
• Fluent in Mandarin; Competent in spoken and written English.
